Is your jewelry water-resistant? Can I shower or swim with it?

Our jewelry is water-resistant to light exposure — occasional hand-washing or light rain are fine. We recommend avoiding prolonged water, chemicals (sweat, hand soap, dish soap), and extreme temperatures, which can affect quality over time. Pat dry with a soft cloth after any water contact and store it in the airtight bag provided.

Will the plating tarnish or fade?

With proper care it stays beautiful for a long time. Avoid prolonged water, perfume, and sweat, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, and keep it in the airtight bag we provide to protect the shine.

How should I clean and store my jewelry?

Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth after each wear — especially after any exposure to water — and store it in the airtight bag included with your order to preserve the finish.

Sizing & Fit

What size are your rings? Are they adjustable?

Most of our rings are open and adjustable, fitting approximately sizes 6 to 10, so they're easy to adjust and stack.

How long are the necklaces?

Each necklace lists its exact length and adjustable extender in the product details — most are around 16 to 19 inches with an extension chain so you can adjust the fit.

Do you sell necklace extenders?

Yes! Our clip-on extension link (silver or gold) adds about 4 inches to any necklace or bracelet.
