We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!❤
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Customers may inspect the item as they would in a physical store, but items should not be worn, used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics, damaged, or altered.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cutethingscommin.com and provide photo evidence of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Right of Withdrawal and Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@cutethingscommin.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to return the item.
Customers may choose either:
- A refund to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item; or
- Store credit, if preferred.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to defects, damage, or incorrect items, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We recommend using a tracked or signed postal service when returning items, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the transaction.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
